After you are done with this, you can meditate on Aristaios's Sigil in the Temple of Zeus. Let yourself be surrounded by the hum of bees and the shimmer of golden light on still water, and receive the gifts of the Golden Seer.
It is important to meditate on yourself after the Ritual calmly for a few minutes.

On Aristaios: Aristaios (Ἀρισταῖος, "the Best," "the Most Excellent") is the son of Apollo and the Nymph Kyrene. He is the God of beekeeping, the olive press, cheese-making, herbal medicine, hunting, and pastoral life. He was raised by the Nymphs and the Muses, who taught him the arts of healing, prophecy, and the tending of every living thing. He is the God who stands at the threshold between wild nature and civilized cultivation: the one who transforms the raw gifts of the earth into the refined gifts that sustain humanity. His connection with water and springs comes from the Nymphs who raised him, and his gift of understanding the language of animals comes from his role as the universal shepherd and keeper of all living creatures. The Goetic tradition preserved him as Caim, a President who understands every animal tongue, teaches divination by water, and appears covered in gold dust with golden wings. The gold is the solar radiance of Apollo, his Father. The Name returns.
